These terms govern your use of Unrigged. By using the site or the app you agree to them. This is a prototype draft written to reflect what we do and the terms comparable review and comparison platforms publish; it is not final legal text and will be reviewed by counsel before launch. 1. Who we are and what Unrigged is
Unrigged is an independent record of how long online casinos take to pay players. It is built from cashouts that players log with screenshot evidence, and it publishes payout time, not ratings, scores, or opinions of a casino overall. (spec 1, 3) Unrigged is an information service. It is not a casino, not a payment provider, and not a party to any transaction between you and a casino.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if higher, and you must not be barred from gambling services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using Unrigged is lawful where you are.
3. Accounts, verification, and standing
- Reading Unrigged is free and needs no account.
- Logging your first cashout needs no account, no ID, and nothing to sign up for. We create your account from that record afterwards, and use your email only to tell you when it moves. (spec 2.1)
- Writing a standalone account, replying, or voting needs a verified player account: at least one confirmed, screenshot-backed cashout. (spec 7.1, 15)
- Standing (your level and tier) is earned from verification and history. It is never for sale and never affects a casino's numbers. (spec 7.1)
- Identity verification, where used, is a ceiling on trust, not a paywall. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
4. Your content and the licence you grant us
- You keep ownership of everything you upload.
- You grant Unrigged a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your uploads and to publish the measured facts taken from them: the casino, the amount shown in a band, the method, the dates, the net-position answer, and the outcome. (spec 2.6, 3.1)
- Before anything is published we redact your personal details and hide your balance. The public sees amounts in bands. You may choose to reveal your exact amount on your own records. (spec 2.6, 3.1)
- You confirm that any screenshot you upload is genuinely yours and unaltered, and that you have the right to share it.
5. Accuracy, evidence, and moderation
- Records must describe real cashouts you made. Fabricated, second-hand, or altered records are removed.
- Stronger evidence ranks a record higher (a casino's own words, then transaction history, then a balance change). Records with no evidence are shown but buried and never counted. (spec 3.1, 4.7)
- We moderate for authenticity and state (for example refusal versus waiting). We do not adjudicate who was morally right in a dispute, and we never change a payout number by hand. (spec 15)
- A casino can respond through the operator channel and dispute a specific record; disputed records are marked, not deleted. (spec 4.9)
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- log false, exaggerated, or duplicate records, or manipulate the numbers;
- post casino promotions, referral or affiliate links, or spam in the community;
- scrape, bulk-download, or resell the data, or attempt to re-identify players;
- abuse, threaten, or harass other members or operators;
- interfere with the service or its security.
Breaking these ends your ability to contribute and may end your account. (spec 9)
7. Casinos and operators
- Casino profiles ("passports") are assembled from public terms, licence registers, and filings, each dated. (spec 6.2)
- A domain-verified operator may correct factual passport details and gets one free public reply per record. Paid operator profiles are presentation only and can never change, hide, or reorder a number. (spec 6.6, 11.1b)
8. Money, independence, and no pay-to-change
- Unrigged may earn affiliate commission, but only on a single, clearly labelled page, and never on any casino page, record, or number. (spec 11.1)
- We never take money from a casino to change, hide, or reorder a number. Ranking comes only from the logged records. (spec 11.2)
- The founders' interests in other gambling businesses are disclosed by name, and those operators are measured like any other and can never have a commercial relationship with us. (spec 11.11)
9. No advice and no guarantee
Unrigged is information, not advice. Past payout times do not guarantee your withdrawal will be paid, or paid in any particular time. Nothing here is financial, legal, or gambling advice. Decisions you make about any casino are your own.
10. Intellectual property
The Unrigged name, design, and compiled database are ours or our licensors'. You may share individual records and links. You may not copy the database or the design as a whole without permission.
11. Third-party links
Unrigged links to casinos, regulators, and dispute bodies for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
12. Privacy
How we handle your data, and the protection of the link between your accounts, is described on our Data and privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unrigged is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, from a casino's conduct, or from reliance on any figure shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover Unrigged against claims arising from content you upload in breach of these terms.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time; the redacted, banded facts already published may remain part of the public record.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Unrigged means you accept the change.
